Gordon is a master chef of Great Britain and owner. His favourite relaxation is collecting chantrelles and ceps in the Angus woods,
to be used in dishes which exploit the fresh fare of Scotland.

The menu is set, the repertoire well up to date, which changes according to season and availability
A wine list consists of wines from around the world with a good variety of grapes and styles,offering wines reasonably priced.
